We are indeed honoured to receive the Travel Hall of Fame award again.
We wish to thank Changi’s passengers and users for their continued strong support.
At Changi Airport, we are very much focused on our passengers and aim to give them a memorable and enjoyable “Changi Experience”.
We also strive to upkeep the efficiency and user-friendliness Changi is widely known for and constantly refresh the airport ambience.
In September, we marked the official completion of upgrading of Terminal 2. The project improved the terminal’s design, made it more user-friendly for passengers and businesses and provided more retail, dining and entertainment options. We are upgrading Terminal 1 soon.
In addition, we are also preparing for the opening of Terminal 3 in early 2008, which will increase Changi’s annual handling capacity to 64 million passengers.
At the end of the day, our primary goal is to ensure Changi continues to provide excellent service to the people who matter most to us – our customers.
