What does this award mean to you and who would you like to share it with? 
Being inducted into the Hall of Fame is a great achievement for Changi Airport, and we share the honour with the entire airport community whose contributions have made Changi’s success possible. 

What would you like to say to travel experts who voted you as the best? 
Awards and recognition motivate us to continue to improve and innovate.  We thank all our business partners for their vote of confidence, and we remain committed to refresh our in-airport service offerings so that your customers – our passengers – can continue to enjoy the first-class Changi Experience.

What must travel experts do to be even more valuable to you?
We believe in fostering a close partnership with travel industry experts, sharing best practices and working out win-win business cases for both parties. And we always welcome ideas and suggestions on how we can do better for our customers.
