What is your goal for 2014?
Raffles Hotel Singapore will continue with its development and investment in training for our colleagues. In this very competitive city, it is vital to develop our team and empower them to provide the effective and warm service that is so important to guests with the highest expectations.
What must travel experts do to be even more valuable to you?
We need to have regular communications with our travel partners/experts to ensure that both parties know each other intimately, in order to work better together as a team. In this regard, we look forward to meeting and hearing from our travel partners on a regular basis to give news and receive feedback on our service and facilities.
