Lotte Tour continued to gain various experiences during this period. We monitor our tour programs and try to ease any customer discomforts and complaints. Through our constant effort, we remain a top performer in our sector and top of mind among our customers.
What motivates you and your team to excel in all that you do?
We are not afraid of new challenges and difficulties. Lotte Tour has operated charter cruises for seven years and we strive to make a big impact on the development of Korean cruise industry.
What advice would you give to the next generation of tourism professionals who desire success in this trade?
Tourism professionals should have a self-sacrificing attitude. Tourism is a ‘peace passport’. Our main job is to give happiness to people. You must serve your customers with devotion and do your best to achieve customer satisfaction. It is through this satisfaction that they feel happiness and become repeat customers. Therefore, in order to achieve success in this trade, you need to sacrifice yourselves for your customers and have a positive service attitude.
