What do you think has kept your organisation so successful in what it does all these years?
Our success lies in the fact that we never deviate from our vision. Like the tropical and sacred tree from which it got its name, Banyan Tree Spa offers guests a Sanctuary for the Senses — a place for physical, mental and spiritual renewal. Through these years, we remain true to our Asian roots and strive to deliver the intuitive art of touch.
What latest innovations in products and services has your organisation introduced this year?
This year, we launched out new spa menu and Our Sense of Place treatments, offer guests and authentic flavour of the destination. Another new category, Thailand For Your Senses, allows guests to create their very own spa experience from a curated list of components.
An organisation is only as good as its people. So, how is your organisation investing in the next generation of leaders?
Banyan Tree Spa values career paths of all therapists and ensures their career and personal development goals are fulfilled through continuous training and grooming. Our Banyan Tree Spa Academy selects therapists who display great attitude, talent and aptitude to be groomed for management roles.
