What do you think has kept your organisation so successful in what it does all these years?

In the past two decades, we have grown rapidly and today we are one of the fastest growing airlines operating one of the youngest and most advanced fleets in the world.

Our growth has also been accompanies by consistent stellar service and performance day in, day out on all our flights. Our success is a reflection of the hard work and dedication if every employee. We are living proof that when the whole organisation remains focused on where we want to be and we work together towards it relentlessly, we can have decisive wins and achieve even greater heights together.

What latest innovations in products and services has your organisation introduced this year?

One of the highlights for us was the launch of our new, innovative and award-winning business class experience, Qsuite. The patented seat features the industry's first-ever double bed available in business class, with privacy panels that stow away and adjustable panels.

An organisation is only as good as its people. So, how is your organisation investing in the next generation of leaders?
