Winning an award is an achievement, and being inducted into the Hall of Fame is even more commendable. We are encouraged by the fact that the travel industry recognises Changi Airport’s efforts to provide an airport experience that is seamless and enjoyable. This award is an affirmation of dedication and commitment of all airport staff that have made it possible to maintain Changi as one of the best airports in the world.

I would like to toast this award to all valued members of the Changi family, namely the airlines, groundhandlers, government agencies, concessionaires, contractors and all stakeholders and airport staff. Without their co-operation and support, Changi Airport would not have stayed on top.
