What does this award mean to you and who would you like to share it with? 
It is an honour to once again be recognised in the Hall of Fame, and the whole team at Royal Cliff is very grateful for this award. Royal Cliff strives to exceed the expectations of all of our guests, and this award reaffirms that our continuous endeavours have surpassed industry standards. 

In addition, the award motivates our team to continually strive to offer guests outstanding service. This award would not be possible without the cooperation of our talented and diligent team and the favour our loyal guests have shown us; thus it is indeed an immense pleasure to share it with them. 


What would you like to say to travel experts who voted you as the best? 
Royal Cliff is elated and grateful for the consecutive vote of confidence from the industries’ experts. It is a pleasure that you recognise our diverse selection of services and impressive portfolio. We want to let you know that we refuse to rest on our existing reputation, and are always committed to improving the customer experience.


What must travel experts do to be even more valuable to you? 
The best approach is to implement pro-active measures. The Thai hospitality and travel industry have been working towards enhancing Thailand’s image, and without a doubt, Thailand will restore its reputation as a key contender in the tourism business.
