What does this award mean to you and who would you like to share it with?
The award is a testament to our contribution to the cruise industry and a valued industry recognition of the memorable holiday experience that we deliver to our guests. We’re delighted that our 20-year efforts in developing cruises as a holiday option in Asia-Pacific are recognised by our peers, travel consultants and the industry at large. This achievement also validates that Star Cruises is well positioned to spearhead the industry in years to come and continue as the leading cruise line in Asia-Pacific.
What would you like to say to travel experts who voted you as the best?
As with any other awards, our own commitment and dedication is only half of the story. We are grateful to our travel consultants, business partners, governments and local authorities that work with us to further develop the market.
What must travel experts do to be even more valuable to you?
They should always maintain a robust and dynamic mechanism to reach customers in traditional as well as non-traditional (such as social media) mediums to maximise opportunities for holidaymakers to experience our products.
