What has your company done in the past year to remain a top performer in your sector, and top of mind among your customers?
We are working closely with top architects and interior designers to create additional facilities and modify existing products. We have sent our chefs and F&B team on dining trips to top restaurants and popular dining outlets to discover the latest trends, and also increased the size of our marketing team to provide after-sales services and carefully considered e-newsletters, direct emails and social media posts.
What motivates you and your team to excel in all that you do?
Our customers’ happiness together with receiving awards and recognition for high quality service are two of my biggest motivations. The prestigious status of Royal Cliff continues to motivate our employees to continue our long-lasting legacy in the hospitality industry.
Knowing that success enables us to help others in need, I am also motivated to make a difference in Pattaya. This year, we supported several charities for orphans and students with disabilities.
What advice would you give to the next generation of tourism professionals who desire success in this trade?
You must be willing to make sacrifices and trade off time with your family and friends. You need to continually update yourself with the latest trends in the industry and empower others to reach higher goals in the workplace. Finally, you must have that unquenchable thirst for learning and knowledge because the trends, tactics and technologies in this industry are constantly evolving at a fast pace.
