What latest innovations in products and services has your organisation introduced this year?
We are pleased to be the first airport hotel in Hong Kong to introduce a built-in, high-definition, nine-metre width by four-metre high LED wall at the grand ballroom to create a stunning visual experience for events or meetings!
We also established a state-of-the-art gallery in our hotel, displaying a signature collection of rare and regional works catering to both local audiences as well as travellers from around the world.
An organisation is only as good as its people. So, how is your organisation investing in the next generation of leaders?
Starting from orientation, we cultivate new staff with our company values and commitment to deliver high quality service. It is important for them to interact with, and understand, guests of various backgrounds and nationalities.
Also, we always teach them to keep the spirit to learn, and flexibility to adapt to changes and various cultures and most of all, to have fun in this industry!
