What is the one most important decision you have made to your business this year, in view of the competitive environment today?
This year we completely refurbished our premier product, the Royal Wing Suites & Spa. We set high standards and put a lot of thought into every detail. Nothing was spared in the design process, with the management team hiring an internationally renowned designer to oversee the project.
This five-star-plus luxury boutique hotel now features a new and exclusive entrance, suites with new furniture, and a completely redesigned ultimate suite called the Presidential Platinum Suite.
A total makeover was done to the pool area to give it a stunning landscape. We also laid the pool with beautiful blue tiles.
Our aim is to take luxury to the next level and mesmerise every guest who stays with us.
What is your goal for 2014?
Our objective is to be the top choice for all travellers who are searching for a luxurious experience, be it for business or pleasure. We will continue to progress towards our vision of being the state of exclusivity and fascination, with a promise to all our guests that they will receive a personalised service coupled with a superior product.
What must travel experts do to be even more valuable to you?
We would like to build a closer relationship with travel experts so that we can constantly share ideas, feedback and customer data.
