What do you think has kept your organisation so successful in what it does all these years?
At Sabre, we understand travellers' evolving expectations. We apply our global advantage on an adapted local leve; our solutions help our customers navigate the changing landscape, overcome challenges and capture new opportunities.
With technology in our DNA, we continue to invest heavily in new, emerging technologies – Sabre invest more than one billion in technology and product development annually to create best-in-class technology that addresses the evolving travel landscape.
What latest innovations in products and services has your organisation introduced this year?
Our latest innovations include: the new Sabre Red Workspace, an intuitive, customisable point-of-sale platform; FareNabber API, which shops for the right flight, at the right time, for the right price; and our Strategic Fare Optimizer launced earlier this year, a decision support tool that helps airlines proactively adjust price levels.
An organisation is only as good as its people. So, how is your organisation investing in the next generation of leaders?
At Sabre, we encourage cross-business unit career movements, not only to support key talent development and career growth, but also to continuously place the right people in the right jobs.
Sabre is also committed to building up the next generation of future leaders through our Sabre TTX Hackathons, in which we harness the creativity from top talents to help us identify opportunities to make a traveller's life easier.
