Thai Airways International (THAI), the national carrier of Thailand, is committed to provide services that are "Smooth as Silk with Touches of Thai".
Thai hospitality is at the heart of all THAI services, where passengers can experience the uniqueness of Thai culture, traditions, arts, crafts, and cuisine on board its flights.
Thai serves as an ambassador to Thailand, and passengers travelling to and from Thailand are able to experience the warmth and hospitality of Thai people and culture while on board our flights.
What latest innovations in products and services has your organisation introduced this year?
This year, THAI received delivery of Airbus 350-900 XWB and Boeing 787-9 aircraft, which will replace decommissioned aircraft. With new aircraft types in THAI's fleet, passengers will experience more comfort and convenience as wekk as enjoyment during the flight.
This year, THAI will also begin flying to Vienna, Austria, a gateway to the European region and countries located in Eastern Europe.
THAI recently opened new Royal Orchid Lounges at Phuket International Airport for passengers traveling THAI in Royal Silk and First Class.
